We offer UK local delivery through Royal Mail, with orders typically despatched within 3 working days.

UK Standard Delivery is available for £4.99, or free on orders over £30 (net of discounts and refunds).

Most parcels arrive within 2–4 working days, though delivery may take longer for addresses in Royal Mail’s restricted or remote service areas, including parts of the Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, and other locations listed under Royal Mail’s service exceptions. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, BFPO addresses, or international destinations.

Orders may be cancelled before despatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard returns process.

EC Shop accepts returns within 14 days, provided that products are unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging, except for used, worn, washed or altered products, items not returned in original packaging, and non‑returnable goods such as earrings, personalised items, or opened hygiene products.

No products may be returned without prior written consent from EC Shop, so please contact us before sending anything back. Returns will be refused if they are sent without prior approval or submitted outside the 14‑day return window.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

All returned items are inspected upon arrival to confirm they meet our return requirements. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. If a refund is rejected, the item can be returned to you upon request. Return postage costs will apply.
